Garden Smart Lab Style

In a couple of weeks the 4th graders will start their gardening PBL .In order to supplement their core understanding - we will take a cool spin in the Smart Lab - today we learned about Aquaponics , planting upside down , and planting potatoes in a trash can . Looking forward to our new adventure . 

Hydroponics across the street ???

Today the 4 th grade students walked over to the Jr.High where the AG teacher Mr.McConathy shared the Hydroponic tanks with them . 4th grade starts their garden on Monday and from a Smart Lab 

Perspective I wanted to show them other amazing ways to garden .
